1. Data controller

The owner of this website (lep.ee) and the controller of personal data is Lepiktech OÜ (registry code 17011114, address Kvartsi tn 5-12, 50415 Tartu, Estonia), which operates under the brand LEP (“LEP”, “we” or “us”). 2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you fill in the contact form on our website. The form asks for:

• your name
• your email address
• your answers to the form options (number of pages, whether you need a blog, the package you're interested in)

In addition, the form provider (see section 4) may process technical data (e.g. your IP address) to prevent spam. We only use analytics cookies with your consent (see section 6).

3. Why we process the data

We use the data received through the contact form only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote for you. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) – processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

4. Who we share the data with

The contact form sends the data you enter to Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which forwards it to us by email. Web3Forms does not store the form content permanently, but according to them their server logs, which may contain personal data, are kept for up to 2 months. As Web3Creative operates outside the European Union, processing may involve transferring the data to a country outside the EU/EEA.

Your message is also visible, as an email, in the mailbox to which LEP forwards enquiries.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep the data received through the contact form only as long as needed to reply to your enquiry and prepare for possible cooperation, and delete it afterwards if no cooperation follows. If we start working together, we keep contract and billing data for the period required by accounting law.

6. Cookies

We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you have given your consent through the cookie banner.

• Necessary cookie (cc_cookie) – remembers your cookie choice. Kept for up to 6 months.
• Analytics – PostHog (ph_*) – helps us understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. The data is processed by PostHog Inc. in an EU data centre. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
• Marketing – Google Ads (_gcl_*, _ga*) – helps us measure whether our ads bring in enquiries (conversion tracking). The data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. These cookies are only set with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• receive information about the processing of your data and access it;
• request the correction of inaccurate data;
• request the deletion of your data;
• restrict or object to the processing of your data;
• request data portability;
• lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence – in Finland, the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

8. Changes
